How
to Order

Locate and note down the
item or items you are interested in from the price
list.

If you are ordering on
behalf of an organisation e.g. charity, local authority, trader,
please use your organisation's official order form. Otherwise, print
off and complete our own
order form, and if you are eligible for relief from VAT,
complete the VAT Certificate included on the form also. If you
are not eligible for relief from VAT, please add VAT at 17.5% to your
total.

Mail or fax the form to our office
with your check or credit card details.
If a product does not
meet your needs, a full refund is available, less the cost of
batteries, post & packing for items returned as new in their
original package, within 21 days. We regret that we cannot give
refunds for soiled or damaged items.
We welcome enquiries from
professionals, local authorities, retailers and wholesalers. Please ask
for trading terms relevant to your requirements.
P&P :
Unless otherwise stated, please add £2.50 per Order. Carriage free
for orders over £100.
Deliveries to UK mainland only.
